Privacy policy

ITINAgents (itinagents.fyi) is a directory of ITIN acceptance agents. This policy says what data we collect, why we collect it and who sees it.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your name and email address, used to sign you in and verify claims.
  • Listing data: the business facts you give when you claim, submit or suggest an edit to a listing.
  • Billing data: your Stripe customer, subscription and invoice records. Card numbers go to Stripe and never touch our servers.
  • Limited operational logs, kept for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

We use your data to run the directory: to show listings, handle claims, submissions and edits, bill paid plans and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data, and we never use your data for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service: Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery, and Stripe for billing. Listing facts you publish are public by design: they appear on the site for every visitor.

Cookies

We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. We run no ads and no third-party advertising trackers.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data as long as it is needed for the service above. To see, correct or delete your account data, write to support@itinagents.fyi from your account email. Paid plans and refunds are covered by the terms of service.
