Refund policy
ITINAgents paid plans are subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Our policy
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law where you live requires it.
How to cancel
Open your dashboard, choose Manage billing and cancel in the billing portal. Plan changes work the same way. Both take effect at the end of the current period: nothing is prorated mid-period. Current plans and prices are on pricing.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your listing keeps its paid plan for 7 days after the failed payment. Update your card in the billing portal to keep the plan past that.
Refund requests
To request a refund, write to support@itinagents.fyi from your account email and name the listing. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Billing as a whole is covered by the terms of service.
