ITINAgents (itinagents.fyi) is a directory of ITIN acceptance agents. These terms cover your use of the site, including accounts and paid plans.

Listings and sources

We restate what our sources publish. Listing facts come from:

This site is independent: it is not run by its sources and is not endorsed by them. If a listing is wrong, use the suggest-edit link on its page and we will review it.

Accounts

You need an account to claim a listing, submit a new one or suggest an edit. Keep your account details accurate, and keep your sign-in email under your control: emailed links are how we verify you.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans (Verified, Featured, Sponsored placement) are monthly or annual subscriptions that renew until cancelled. See pricing for the current plans and prices. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; changes apply at the end of the current period. Billing is processed by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Give accurate information in submissions, claims and edits. Do not spam the forms, attack the site or use it to break the law. We review submissions and claims, and we may remove or refuse content that is inaccurate or abusive.
